PROCESSING TIME & PRE-ORDERS
Current processing time for orders is 7-10 days UNLESS order contains items marked as PRE-ORDERS. For your shipping convenience, I will not ship an order until it is complete. All items listed as PRE-ORDERS have a 2-3 week processing time. PRE-ORDERS could ship before 3 weeks, but could also take the entire time.
The reason I list some items as PRE-ORDERS is to accommodate overwhelming interest. It's a bummer to fall in love with an item and have to compete to purchase it. A pre-order allows the chance for everyone to place an order. Pre-order cut-offs will be listed in the item's description.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Normally, USPS domestic shipping occurs in 5-10 business days but you could see delays of 7-21 days depending on the shipping season. All orders include tracking.
MY PACKAGE IS MARKED AS "DELIVERED" BUT IS MISSING
If your package has been marked as "delivered" by USPS but is missing, I am unable to provide a replacement order. USPS considers a missing package "lost" after 30 days since last scan. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact your local USPS with the tracking number provided and they can more accurately locate the last coordinates of your package.
There is always the possibility a "delivered" package could show up a couple of days after being marked as "delivered".
PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
Unfortunately, once I drop your package off to USPS, I have limited access to its location. I am always happy to contact my local USPS at which I dropped your order off, but using your tracking number to contact USPS will always be your best bet!
REFUNDS, RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS
At this time, no refunds, returns, or replacements can be made due to the nature of the products. Thank you for understanding!
DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?
Unfortunately at this time, I can not accommodate wholesale orders. I appreciate your love and interest in my products! Hopefully in the future I can add this service.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS / COMBINING MULTIPLE ORDERS
I work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible and due to this, I am unable to change your shipping address or combine multiple orders after your order has been placed. Thank you for your continued support and patience!
